CONDOMINIUM PROJECT

This fourteen-unit condominium project on a site with curving creek frontage was further complicated by a very narrow, twenty-five foot wide street access.  The irregular shape of the site required each of the units to be custom designed while still working together.  The project includes an underground heated parking structure.
